Mix things up

takeown /f  "C:\Program Files (x86)\AlibabaProtect" /r /d y  

sc delete AlibabaProtect

sc queryex AlibabaProtect

taskkill /pid <pid number> /f

This will fail.

Rename  "C:\Program Files (x86)\AlibabaProtect" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\AlibabaProtect_"

Reboot

After reboot, remove the folder.
